1. Digital Products & Courses

Due to the digital nature of my products—including courses, workbooks, downloads, and virtual programs—all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be granted once access is delivered, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please review all product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you have questions, feel free to reach out before checkout.


2. Coaching Services

All coaching sessions are non-refundable once booked. However, sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours may result in forfeiture of the session without refund.

Custom coaching packages are non-refundable once the first session has taken place. In certain cases, partial refunds may be considered if the service has not yet begun and a written request is submitted in advance.


3. Physical Products

Books or merchandise products will clearly state the return policy for those items on the product page. In general, unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit or exchange, minus shipping costs. Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.


4. Exceptional Circumstances

I understand life happens. In rare cases of technical issues or exceptional personal situations, I may issue a refund or credit at my discretion. These are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be requested in writing within 7 days of purchase.
